This was my second time racing in this race and it improves every time

Organisation is always very very good and the amount of marshalls around are all fabulous

The only think this year I felt need improvement was the fact we ran on the path through on Tankerton slopes and felt the road should have been closed and we should have been allowed on the road as was very tight especially as this is close to the start

Water in bottles not cups at the half way point

It's a fantastic race, great location, brilliant staff and volunteers, my favourite 10k

Seamless organisation, nice flare course, great support on the sea front, easy parking, lots of cafes and restaurants for after. If you could just turn off the wind next time that would be great please.
