Start/finish area was well organised but the route change on the day due to lack of Marshall’s was frustrating. Will be attending another sporting events UK run in the future.

The Marshall at the turn going on the prom towards Hampton was absolutely brilliant. He was encouraging and funny. The best Marshall ever!

Really good event which I ran for the third time, today.
Nice location and great base camp at Whitstable castle.
Enjoyed the course but, whilst the new two lap HM was easier, I am always for a constant change of scenery instead. Also, I ran the Whitstable 10k two weeks before as well and that was basically the same course as this, meaning I have run the same route 3 times in two races which made it a bit repetitive.
Nevertheless, brilliantly organised as always, great medal, really liked the race T-Shirt I purchased and good course for a beginner or quick time.

I was initially disappointed it wasn’t going to be the full out and back course but actually quite enjoyed the 10K x 2 and a bit more format. Great support from the marshals and perfect day for running.

Loved the route, a really enjoyable run will recommend !!
I would not be bothered with a no medal option maybe next time ?

Great Marshall’s especially the one on the corner where the path turns right to go along beach again

10k and the Half went off together on the same route, half went round twice. The route worked well, the 2 x loops wasn't an issue at all. Excellent marshals, road closed event, very nice and safe. Great support from spectators and public. Event village was very nice and good family atmosphere. Well run event.

There was a Marshall at the arc part of the course past the skate park (where you turn off of the arc to head towards Hampton - Hampton side of the arc) who was brilliant with the best enthusiasm I have ever seen at an event.

Really good start area. Great course. Great marshalling. Only issue is the hill to start and hills in the last 1km

The 2 laps is a lot faster than the old out and back well organised race with a nice race HQ at the castle

Really enjoyed the half marathon, definitely need more toilets though

It was a good venue I just held onto my water carton and popped in a bin as I ran by no problem

My only negative this year would be about the waves, as you had a lot less waves there were a lot of people right at the front that really shouldn’t have been there, it takes a few minutes off your PB trying to get round them.
