I thoroughly enjoyed the challenging hill at the end of the race. It truly tested our endurance and determination. The short hill finish at Whitstable Castle is always a formidable challenge, but the sense of accomplishment upon reaching the summit makes it all worthwhile.

Can’t beat the Saxon shore half. Do miss the Bishopstone to Whitstable castle route (when it was from the KingsHall) But understand why with the 10k being now included. Always a good atmosphere and finishing at the castle is much better. Great signage, water stations, Marshalls in all the right places and great encouragement from them and members of the public. Looking forward to doing it again next year.

Didn’t really rate the two lap plan - wouldn’t preferred “there and back”

Really enjoyed it apart from the final hill which is an absolute killer! Great organisation and lots of encouragement on the way

Whilst the scenery is lovely, the two loops for the Half Marathon is a bit demoralising. One of the Marshall stations was unmanned on the second loop which just felt like we'd be given up on! And the uphill to cross the finish line was an unwelcome sight - and seemed unnecessary, a slightly longer loop at Hampton and the Half Marathon could have finished on the flat (the same as the 10K)

The hill twice was a drag

There should be no cut off time.
