Was my first 10k , it was well organised, everyone was friendly and there was a really good atmosphere.

This is a challenging event but the event crew, marshalls and the overall atmosphere is amazing. The start is well organised, marshalls are full of energy and encouragement, good signage as you go around and the finish area includes cake and fruit. What more could you ask for! Thank you to everyone and I will see you again soon

1st time doing the 10miler , very nice and scenic route ,great atmosphere at end (loads of free food /drink) .. if any faults,I did not see any mile markers after 5 (unless I missed them)

Super race, with a challenging course. Marshalls are great, with so much support given to runners.

Despite the challenging course it keeps you coming back. The Marshall’s are friendly, all being passionate club runners themselves. The event is super friendly and encouraging to beginners and the facilities are first class with an amazing selection of cakes and drinks at the end. One of the very best.

Would have been nice to half mile markers . It started well up to about 4 miles and there after nothing which made it really hard

Hilly, scenic and loads of fun

Such a well organised event, Sittingbourne Striders were fantastic, massive credit to the club. The route is hilly but also very pretty. Lovely facilities, easy parking, good refreshments, excellent job!

Extremely well run from beginning to end. Talking of ending the two hills in the last mile was an unexpected challenge and made the event even more memorable.
The whole event was very well run with friendly and encouraging marshals.
It was good to have an event with a selection of refreshments along the route and at the finish line.

Impressed with number of marshals and how enthusiastic they were. Not entirely sure why there was a split start, though.

This is a run, I would recommend to a novice, how wants to add distance and hills to their running journey. Also the temperature is cooler and therefore perfect for running. But most of sll, the Sittingbourne Striders will look after you all the way. I highly recommend this race!

Picky notes to make it even better. The start was a lot better than last year, but you still don't need to hold back the waves. Put people in waves, and then start them off together, Wave 2 is not catching Wave 1.
Spoke to a few Striders about enticing more clubs along. To do this it would really help if Running Club names were included in the results and filterable. Great event, it's a real credit to the club.

It was a tough course, but will definitely be back next year. Excellent organisation, good parking, great venue. Outstanding marshals.
