These events are really well organised with lovely people and it’s so friendly. I really do enjoy every event.

Plenty of loos at the start, smoothly run numbers/timing tag handout. Straightforward route, lovely marshalls, good sportsmanship from all the runners I came across,. Thanks for your excellent organisation

Great out and back, some really good scenery and challenging hills.
the last few kilometres are a killer as you run past the finish line just to come back on yourself :)

As a beginner its easy to feel overwhelmed with everything going on, but the event is so well organised and friendly I was on my own, and felt fine. 2nd event I have been to run by sporting events, and definetly looking forward to doing more.

Lovely run but lack of marshalls on way back even at turning points where you were unsure where to go.

Would have liked visibility of the 10k route before the event, could only find the half marathon. Possibly some more event stalls at the finish

Only a slight glitch on the return journey from the bridge going to the finish. With the signage it was unclear whether to go round the left hand dide(where the sign was placed or straight through the middle. No marshal. I did the longer route and clicked 6.28 miles on my Garmin. I wouldn’t have wanted to come up short. But amazing event. Loved it and Overrun. Hoping they do others❤️

Great event, well organised and amazing scenery. Hillier than I expected. My only negative is, as I was one of the slower runners (2:35) I was on my own a lot of the time and was unsure occasionally of the route. Saying that I made it back without getting lost.

Very hilly route. Also route was same on way there as way back. Personally I prefer more of a looped route, but understand this is difficult if start and end are same place.

Today was my last longer run before Brighton Marathon in 2 weeks. Every single runner cheered/well doned EVERY other person participating! It was so nice to hear & see. Marshal’s were fab & very enthusiastic. Great weather, well organised & over all a brilliant event! One of my Favs!. Amazing Medal & one of the most delicious bits of Carrot Cake eaten after.

Distanct lack of distance markers along the course, especially on 10k course. Unclear on what path to take before a few hundred meters from final turn. Otherwise, a superbly run event. I appreciate a today's course would have required a lot of marshalls so bravo to those that gave up their morning - couldn't do it without them.

Section between Viking bay and dumpton gap is a pointless section. Other than that it’s a good race
