Exceptional organisation, a beautiful route, so good to see so much support all around the course

I love this run, plus it is my local 10k. It is well organised, the route is challenging in places but strangely still one to set good times in. Marshalling is great and there is plenty of support along the route. The one thing that was different this year was that the waves consisted of too many runners, leading to congestion along the first 2k and having to run off the paths. More waves, less runners in each ,next time please.

I love that you collect race pack on the day as this cuts out the stress of waiting for it in the post

Back for a 2nd time after 17 years and my very 1st race.
Was up and down, but felt more up.
And was a warm and breezy day

Highly recommended it was well thought out and not only sign posted it was so well marshalled too.
Fantastic atmosphere
Thank you so much to all the marshals and organises for a fantastic event. Definitely be using them again.

Love this race. Scenic, supportive marshals, a great atmosphere at the start and the end, gorgeous medal and just a well organised event. Hated the hills but there is a lovely downhill section that more than made up for it!

This was a very enjoyable run with a few hills to keep it interesting. As always, Sporting Events Uk created a lovely race atmosphere, it’s always good to be able to buy cake & coffee at the end of racing.

Really enjoyed the run and the route. Some stretches quieter with less support but overall great atmosphere with enthusiastic marshals

Everything about Barrys events, venues, countryside, atmosphere really great, only one complaint no trophies for older runners, This stops at V60+ in the race there was 56 male 60+ of which 13 were over 70+ could this be added if greater than I.E 8 to 10 in this category.

Lovely course & well organised

The event was well organised, the route clearly marked with plenty of marshalls. There was ample parking and several food stalls. Marshalls were all very supportive and encouraging. The majority of the route was on country lanes with a few uphills.

Don’t listen to anybody saying it’s mostly flat. It’s not. 100m elev gain in 6 miles is fairly lumpy so if you’re not used to it, get some hilly pre-runs in :)

Great event and a good excuse for an afternoon in the multitude of Faversham pubs afterwards :)

Would be nicer if closed to traffic as there’s always an idiot driver trying to get to Tesco’s 1 minute earlier but it’s still a 4 ⭐️ set up and it’s not busy roadwise.

Would recommend it as an event and a day out. Nothing important not to like about it. Marshall’s we’re very positive and finishing times came in within a couple of hours.
