This is a lovely event, it’s a great route, a few small ups and downs but relatively flat. As you would expect with a sporting events uk race, it was very well organised with a great atmosphere and supportive marshals - I recommend this race

Excellent organisation. Efficient officials and plenty of markers.
Awards well timed after the event but in this day and age would like to see trophies given to up to 80 age group. It might encourage more of the older runners. Also a direction marker or two could be placed on the roads near to the start to the venue. Helps.

Stunning and enjoyable!
I really enjoyed this course and the scenery surrounding it. Some nice mild up hills with the benefit of the downhills too. The event was well organised, with Barry personally calling runnings across the finish line.

Great 5 miler
Marshall’s were friendly and it was very well organised. Great atmosphere. Route is nice mixture of hills and flat. Great bling.

Brilliant race
I really enjoyed this race. The route was lovely and picturesque. It was undulating but the downhills were really nice and allowed for a good recovery. The water situation was much improved this time, with more people manning the water stations and refills available at the end. Very well organised and a lovely, friendly event. Hardly any queues for the toilets as well, which is always a plus!
