This is the first time at this event and thoroughly loved it. The scenery was terrific and especially enjoyed the trail. Will be bringing others next year for sure.

It's a shame there fewer people than I were expecting, but I assume that may have been due to the rescheduled date. It was a lovely run, and we had great weather.

First time completing this event and will very likely come back. As others have said, a little short on distance and I’m not sure why the Marshalls directed us across the first/last field rather than round the edge in a U shape as shown on the route map

It ran about half a mile short.
It’s a lovely event, just a shame not a lot more people do it.
Sign posts a lot better than previous years.

Fantastic course! It did feel a little short this year, but the new route was a refreshing update with clear, improved signage. Sporting Events always delivers a great atmosphere and an enjoyable race day.

Many thanks to all the Marshalls standing in the chilly wind supporting us. Suggest a number of fire pits in the event village and bowls of hot chilli soup at the ready at the finish line !

Be nice to have an update on the start, as it was 15 minutes late
Route was 1k short, which was a bit disappointing.

Having said all that, the event was very well organised with good sign posts and the marshals were all really friendly and I'd definitely be back

Good mixed route of trails and roads.
Would definitely do this race again.

My first time at this one. Tough conditions on the day but still really enjoyable - a lovely route, well organised and great support from the marshals. Well signed and easy to navigate round, perhaps just one point in the woods after Tyler Hill that could have done with an additional arrow as feedback for the future.
Will definitely do again next year.

The first time I’ve participated in a Sporting Events UK event but it certainly won’t be my last.

A great route with a good combination of trail, track and tarmac. The trails in particular offered a little respite from the sun!

Really well organised with a friendly, welcoming team in a beautiful location.

My only small gripe is that the signage was a little ropey in parts and in one place in particular the use of red & white tape on the wrong side of the track caused a detour for a number of runners.

Loved it. Great run,, as others said.. views are out of this world. All the team are so so lovely.. and so enthusiastic to encourage.. Atmosphere of everyone so warm

First trail for me and I enjoyed it great route with some cool scenery. Well placed water stations during the race as it was roasting hot!
