Another fantastically well organised and enjoyable event.
This is a great race for all abilities, the first part is narrow so if you want a PB be at the front of your wave. Around the edge of Tivoli park, through the streets before heading onto the promenade. Signage very good and encouraging Marshall’s at all the key points. Great race, definitely recommend.

Great Race - Just very hot
This was extremely well organised and great information in the run up to the event. Marshalls were very helpful and the route was marked up so no issues in knowing where you were going. Only downside was the heat - which is out of their control so maybe an earlier start time for the next one - just to ensure it isnt as hot as we did see a few people being sick at the finish. We did both the 5k and the Family Fun Run and both were great to take part in and the medals and the goodie bags were fantastic - so thank you.

Great supportive inclusive family event.
Outstanding marshalling as always.
The only thing I can think of for your consideration would be to bring the start time forward by an hour to 9am as it is an August run and the past 2 years have extremely hot on race day. Today the promenades were busy with walkers, and people milling around.
