You can always rely on Sittingbourne Striders to design a tough route but thankfully there’s plenty of them all along the route with loads of encouragement and support to get you round :-)
It was very humid today so I think a third water station would have been a good idea somewhere around 5-6 miles. Also given the demands of the route I think it would be a good idea to offer some coke/lucozade and some more sweets.
