To celebrate National Fitness Day we are having a meet up with some of our Sporting Buddies. We have a brand new location for this year's shakeout run. We will be at Coffee Corner in Sturry, and running out towards the lovely countryside near Broadoak Village. The shakeout run is free and is a chance to chat and enjoy running together and celebrating this day. It's not a race and will be a social pace that is inclusive for all.

When you return to Coffee Corner every runner will also receive a free hot or cold drink on us! On the night there will be a list of available drinks. You can buy additional drinks and there will be a range of options, together with hot and cold food, snacks, and every runner's favourite....cake! All whilst relaxing in this lovely Café.
