Nice run but lots of hills so not good for beginners but good course very friendly Marshall’s it was hard work as have not run much this year but would do it again and be better next time

Fun and challenging
This was my first visit to Dover Castle. Even with no foreknowledge of the route or layout, the signage and the team kept me on track from pre-race through to the finish. Positive attitudes all around and a truly unique venue. My only piece of advice is to fit in some hill training a few weeks in advance so the inclines don’t surprise or overwhelm on the day.

I completed the Christmas run here so knew what I was letting myself in for. Lots of ‘steep bits’ - great idea to reverse the route, just to confuse us?!
