Organisation great, venue great, atmosphere great
I’m usually a circular route person but as an out and back 10k route it was pretty good.

Great race and well organised. However at some point me and other runners got lost due to poor directions which cost me about 5 minutes. Despite this it was great.

All went well except after the mile 8 marker near the caravan, there was no marker to say where to go (onto the road) and quite a few runners ended up running across the field/orchard not knowing where to go

Distance for the 10k came up a little short for many runners. And getting started was awkward with the narrow path at the beginning.
Such a shame the distance fell short, and getting out took a while going along the really narrow footpath. But it was a new experience for me, never run an event off road before and I absolutely loved this.

A great event with fantastic scenery
There was a couple of places that weren’t marked very well so added a bit of distance to the route, great event where everyone was so friendly

Excellent mixed surface scenic tour of the countryside
Really impressed with the organisation. Great venue with lots to do afterwards.
The course could be mucky if more rain but was ok this time.

Great route and fantastic atmosphere in collaboration with Macnades
Only issue was the signage indicating where you turned for the 10km. Not clear where you had to turn and just a Marshall stood in path who was telling some runners but not others.

Good, but the start was a bit congested.
If you can sort out the start so it's not so congested or would be great. Also, got lost on a couple of sections, so definitely need more signs.

Loved it only thing was a bit tight at the start and I went in the wrong direction twice as the sign was not very visible, maybe needed a Marshall but it was great fun

So glad I upgraded to the half marathon
Just a few more Marshalls on the cross county parts as so short I very nearly missed the signage
