Good course but there is room for improvements to make it even better
Pros
● The course has good and clear signage for each KM
● Marshalls cheering on runners were enthusiastic
Cons:
● Although the majority of marshalls/ volunteers seemed friendly, I asked a team member where I could drop off my jacket. Rather than advising the location of the bag drop-off point, he said he couldn't care less where I placed it and it was none of his business, which was rather rude
● The race would benefit from having more music, as headphones are banned.
● It would be nice (preferable), if there was a pacer for each wave, like other races.

YES, FOR 26.50 I EXPECT TO HAVE SOMETHING MORE THAN WATER IN THE END. FRUITS, SWEETS, ETC. ALSO, INDEED 1100 PURCHASED AN ENTRY. PUBLICISE THEM AND THE NON FINISHERS TOO.

As usual the organisation was excellent. Stewards did a fantastic job. And some great work closing roads for us 10 out of 10 for Sporting Events. Oh and great medal too

Only slight criticism was that it was a bit manic collecting race numbers and there was no bins to put empty envelopes in.

Fantastic 10k course super atmosphere
Great 10k for at abilities of runners fairly flat course starting and finishing at the Julie Rose running track made it even more special. There was a great atmosphere all the way round from the Marshalls and spectators. Iwill definitely return to this thanks everyone

A very well organized event. Easy to park, well marshalled, good signage on the course showing distance run, water stations and stalls to get food and drink. My time came through almost instantly after giving the staff my chip.

Excellent Run
Great run. Only bleat is that you can’t search all runners results from one club on the Sporting Events site. Also if you’re over 70 there is no age category prize. Why ? I’m unsure surely a trophy is not that expensive especially when you are having 1000 runners all paying 20+ for entry

Maybe only improvement would be a slightly longer distance after the finish line to slow down in, especially on heavy legs after a sprint finish
