Not too much of an issue given the cooler temperatures but the water station at the half way point was set a little too far back off the course for a grab-and-go. Luckily a lovely lady was holding out two cups which was good for my friend and I but not sure what the chap behind did.
Scenery was okay but not spectacular… though my friends who did the 15mile found it fabulous!

No other event like this in the South East - fab and challenging

Great race. Really enjoyed the unpredictable nature of the sand and weather! The little steep scramble at the 4.5km mark was brilliant

The 4Bay is fun, accessible, and perfect for beginners, while the 10Bay offers a more challenging, technical course for those seeking a bit more adventure. Either way, you’ll walk away with great memories and some serious bragging rights for your weekend.

The marshals were superb and added to the sheer joy of running this event

Great to run a 10k with a difference, loose sand and hill climbing made the event that much better.
