This is a fast and flat 10k & 5k along the seafront in Worthing on an out and back route, which means that whether you are beginner or a more experienced runner looking for a good time then this is the event for you.

A great opportunity for an early season 10k or 5k or as a fitness test for beginners! Almost completely flat and using the seafront promenade, making this a traffic free route.

There are prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd male and female in the 10k and 5k, and in the 10k age categories too, with 1st male and female VET40, 50 and 60.

Toilets facilities. Free car parking nearby on residential streets. Refreshments available.

Advanced entries: £14 affiliated club members, £16 unaffiliated

ADVANCED ENTRIES CLOSE 1PM THE MONDAY PRIOR TO THE EVENT. ON THE DAY ENTRIES MAY BE AVAILABLE ON THE DAY UNTIL 9:30AM.

Under UK Athletics rules the minimum age for the 10km race is 15 years on the day and the minimum age for the 5k is 11 years on the day.
