This event gives you the chance to be your very own Superhero! There will be a 5k and 10k run and also a Family Fun Run for all ages. Every finisher in the 10k & 5k will get a special medal. The 1 mile fun run also has a medal for all those finishing.

 

About

Choose your favourite superhero, dig out your costume (or make one) and join in the fun! If you’re not a fan of dressing up, then come as you are – you can still get involved, have a great time and fundraise with us.

Event Village

And if running isn’t your thing, why not come down for the event village, where there will be lots of stalls, games and refreshments for you and your family to enjoy.

8:30am	registration opens

10:00am	5k and 10k starts
11:00am	family fun run starts - one mile

Every finisher will get a unique medal.

Facilites at venue: Toilet facilities. Free car parking (subject to availability). Refreshments available.

5k Entry fee: Advanced entries: £16 affiliated club members, £18 unaffiliated
On-the-day - £25 (subject to space)

10k Entry fee: Advanced entries: £22 affiliated club members, £24 unaffiliated
On-the-day - £30 (subject to space)

Fun Run: £6.00 per entry

ADVANCED ENTRIES OPEN UNTIL 1PM THE MONDAY BEFORE THE EVENT. ON THE DAY ENTRIES FOR THE 10K AND 5K OPEN UNTIL 9:30AM ONLY, IF SPACE AVAILABLE. ON THE DAY ENTRIES FOR THE FUN RUN OPEN UNTIL 10:30AM ONLY, IF SPACE AVAILABLE. ENTRIES AFTER THIS TIME CAN NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Under UK Athletics rules the minimum age for the 5k run is 11 years on the day, the 10k run is 15 years on the day. There is no age restriction for the Family Fun Run.
